Account closured without any warining

I am having an issue with Monese Bank account. They've blocked my account and card last Friday (27/06/19) with a non reasonable explanation. I was just informed by email that the account is being closed. After several phone calls to their support line I couldn't get any more information. I have in that account +-£2680 which they said I have to provide them with another account details that I own so they will transfer my funds but I didn't get yet any confirmation of this. Also, I was travelling on holidays and this situation caused me several issues (I had to transfer money from another accounts to have money available for me, I had to transfer money from my savings, my Standing Order to pay my letting agreement was not proceed, one direct debit was not possible to pay. I am now struggling to know when will my funds be returned to me. Reviewed on: 1st July 2019
