Professional, personal and a very high standard of customer service

Throughout every dealing that we have had with Newbury Building society over the past almost four years in connection with our mortgage, we have always been dealt with immediately, professionally and matters have been actioned faultlessly and most importantly for us, each and every time we are genuinely made to feel a valued customer and that wherever possible, our requirements are met and therefore we feel that we receive a very personal service which from our experience, is very rare indeed in this field and as a result, Newbury Building society employees, their managers and members, should feel very proud of this achievement and in our view, deserve to again be recognised within the British banking awards. Great, friendly and personal service.

Whenever we have needed to contact Newbury B/S, both prior to securing our mortgage and since , we have always been made to feel as a genuine customer with the personal service we have received. Our experience with all other banks and B/Ss is that you are simply a number and the service is not personal or bespoke at all. Great work Newbury, please keep it up! Reviewed on: 5th July 2019
