I have had my pockit card for about 3 years and it was just used as a lunch card, I'd top up about £30 a month so always had something in my work wallet. No problems apart from the slow clearing of funds but then last month my BAC transfer went missing. Same bank account and details as per all my other loads. First, I was told system error, then funds are in account but not showing on statement, tried using card but rejected. I've sent them proof of payment but now they want my bank account details, they're not having that for £30! I find it very suspicious that they can't find the payment and the fault is clearly theirs. Fortunately, I've just missed out on a few lunches but anybody thinking of getting a pockit card or uploading a lot of money should urgently reconsider.
