Got mugged and lost a lot of my belongings (inlc. passport, phone etc). Virgin travel would find the smallest flaw and will use it against you. Be careful when choosing them as paying for a better service could potentially help you safe thousands. I ended up getting nothing from Virgin. Reviewed on: 16th July 2019
