Non fault claim accident

Opening a claim with Shiela wheels for a non fault accident was one of the worse things I’ve ever had to go through. It’s been 6 months and it’s still going on. I never got told the correct information and never been contacted with an update. They are very slow and terrible customer communication skills I would not recommend.
