Direct Line has one of the smoothest systems for claims I've ever dealt with. Repairs were quickly and easily authorised and we were back on the road again very quickly.

I've been with First Direct since they began and find them the easiest bank to deal with online and particularly on the phone. In the last couple of years they've added an extra level of security to their online service with a code generating system when you log in to carry out transactions (thankfully you can still check your balance without using this) which gives greater peace of mind with online banking. Any difficulties and there is always a pleasant, friendly voice at the end of the phone to resolve things for you. Overall great customer service.
