I broke my ankle in December 2018 and had to ring and advise I wanted a family friend added to my insurance as I couldn't drive. The advisor I spoke to was so helpful and patient, sorted everything out quickly for me. In January 2019 I received a delivery of flowers as I thought from someone I knew, However, when I read the attached card they were from LV, I cannot describe how happy that made me! It was such a lovely surprise and really cheered me up. Fantastic service, I always recommend LV. Good luck.
