Just joined the policy, haven’t had to claim yet, thanks god, but after spending days and weeks researching and comparing various insurers and their small prints, Life Cover for Pets seemed to be the most reasonable, fair and affordable choice. Paperwork completion was quick and smooth too. I believe they will stand up to this high standard when/if it comes to pay out a claim, god forbid.
