I have had a ISA for many years. It was stopped when i went to live abroad. Now living in Britain, i wished to start it again. When i to the bank, expecting forms to be filled in and signatures given. I was very surprised to find that with a press of a few keys on the keyboard, i had been reinstated. Took about 5 minutes. Excellent.

I have found talking to your sales team quite a pleasant experience. They were friendly and helpful. They knew the product and were not push. They let you make up your own mind.
