Poor customer service and hidden charges

Terrible customer service staff who are rude and speak to you like you've interrupted a teenagers party. Tons of emails at the start asking for letters & copies of this copies of that. Will not allow you to set a date for your insurance to come out so you have no idea of the due date (however I am advised that it is hidden in the small print that it will come out 22 days after you start the policy). Having paid 2 months in advance had thought I had at least one payday to leave the payment in the bank account but no! 3 months payments taken in one calendar month and a £20 charge on top for the privilege for a \default\" payment. Disgusting behaviour from the call centre team 15 years in customer service and the worst I have ever spoken to. Will never use this company again.""" Reviewed on: 27th March 2017
