We were getting really high car insurance renewal quotes, and tried Saga who beat them all hands down. We didn’t sign up straight away after the quote as we went on holiday, and when we got back the quotes were all even higher, even the Saga one. But when we phoned them they honoured their initial quote even though it had expired. It was great customer service.
