I phoned them when the car I was driving on a trip across the UK had a problem. They weren't registered with RescueMyCar but they still called someone out to help! Excellent service and excellent price.

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny.

Whilst I enjoy entering (and really enjoy winning) Peachy competitions, I have never taken out a loan with them. However, as they are offering a prize of £1,000 if I vote for them, here I am voting for them. Whether that will help any users gauge their service is another matter.
