When I thought I had one policy due to not properly reading emails arou d cancellation time and ended up with double the policies I needed, this was quickly resolved by email. No quibble, no fuss, just a fast refund for the unwanted policy even though it could be seen as my fault. Very impressive service.

Cheap and easy to understand. When they charged me for 2 policies at once when I thought one had ended, this was easily resolved with an email which was great. There was no fuss and I was given a refund very quickly.

Good pricing and clear descriptions but they did charge me for 2 policies when I thought one had expired. Once I emailed them, they sorted this remarkably quickly and easily which was nice.
