I have had AA car insurance for many years and have found them fair in pricing, swift in response when I've needed them, & very good customer service. Their very helpful assistants helped me by negotiated my subs when my income dropped & I am very grateful to them.

I've had my car insurance with ByMiles for 3 years & highly recommend them. Paying a flat annual fee, then only for the miles you actually drive is a brilliant way to save on your car insurance. I have found their customer service helpful & easy to contact.

Only pay insurance when you drive! If you have a car that sits in the driveway, garage or outside the house for days on end or just use it for zipping around local streets then By miles is for you! I only pay when I'm actually using my car - good motivation too to use other more environmentally sound firms if transport - bus, train, walking. I would highly recommend By Miles - easy to join, great user friendly app, up to date communication & saves £££ What more could you want?
