I was impressed with the clarity of information provided by pet plan's website and i was relieved to see that there was a lifetime cover on offer. I liked the ease of getting a quote online, which was quick and easy and i loved that you could select the type of dog you were getting a quote for. By getting a quote i felt that the decision to proceed to get the full cover was an easy decision and being able to proceed straight away was a relief. Overall i felt confident in the professionalism of Petplan as a insurer and i feel confident that i have the strongest insurance cover on the market.
