I have used Petplan constantly since 2002, and wouldn't think of changing. The covered for life is comforting to have (my sister kept changing pet insurance every year for a better deal, unfortunately her cat got diabetes and was only covered for a year of insulin!), and I have always said that is a reason to stay. The payment process is really easy, it only gets a bit different when your pet is older and you have to pay a percentage of claim.
Petplan are not the cheapest to go with, put piece of mind is worth it!
