20 minute standard wait time to get though on telephone

The long wait times to be connected to a customer service agent is the worst I’ve ever experienced. 20 minutes to get through and even then if you’ve got the wrong department another 10-15 minutes for someone to pick up the transferred call. Poor advice given when I phoned to check if I’d filled in the online comparison quote properly - as a result it cost me an additional premium to change and, of which they didn’t identify £35 was for admin fees!
