We’ve been insured for just over a year, our Frenchie has since developed Cataracts. Our vets sorted the paperwork for us and I received emails from the Pet Emporium each time a form was received, reviewed, information requested and when claim decision was made. The only think that would make it better would be a higher claim limit for consultations. Otherwise the cost is competitive. Reviewed on: 14th September 2019
