My experience with the Insurance Emporium has been very positive, despite our circumstances being very sad. Our family dog was rushed into hospital and subsequently referred to a specialist, meaning we had to submit two claims for insurance payments. These were processed and paid within three weeks of admission/submission. Unfortunately, our dog died soon after his hospital stay. The customer advisers I spoke to were very helpful and sympathetic. I was touched by the personal letter of condolence we received when I cancelled our insurance policy. I will certainly use Insurance Emporium for my next pet when the time comes.
