Came back from the states and my insurance had been cancelled due to one missed payment. No emails, no phonecall, no warning. Luckily I wasn't driving around unaware I wasn't covered for a week. Terrible communication, messed up registration plates a few times too. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!
