Utterly disappointed with the ridiculous policies the bank implements.
When you withdraw a large sum of money (apparently for Natwest 3000 is large) you have to tell the bank what you are going to use it for! What? and how is it your business at all? You would not even have this money if I did not decide to place it into my natwest account! Naughty and potentially discriminating! I wonder if they apply the policy in Westminster or Notting Hill with their thick pocket clients?

visited croydon branch of Barclays today to change the address. to my surprise Barclays asked me for private information which I dont think is any of their concern (whether I own the property and whether it is furnished). apparently this is information they use for security reasons next time I visit. well I said I am not providing any sensitive infornation and We can agree on password or any other made up information. the lady said 'this is not how it works'. the message the bank sends to their customers is: either our way or no way! how do I know barclays is not selling these information to real estate agencies? how would I know if they used it for anything else? i think that kind of customer care deserves 0 stars!!!
