I love the easy access savings account. It’s a very competitive rate of interest for easy access. Interest gets added daily so I love seeing my money grow. When I did need to make a withdrawal it was easy. When I’ve e needed to talk the team they are quick, efficient and helpful.

It has leading technology and is passionate about serving its customers well. I love the app and it makes me smile as I watch NatWest (with whom I have a secondary account) just mimick the functionality! Copying is the best form of flattery!

Fantastic, intuitive app to help you manage your money. And the debit card is unbeatable for travel! And I travel a lot! Customer Service helpful and prompt on the rare occasion you need it. Definitely the best British Bank. I have moved everything from NatWest.
