3 months after the crash and still waiting. they have even written to me acknowledging I have a legitimate complaint and that they regret not meeting the required standard of service, but we still rung them every day and get prevarication, delay ans inaction. if i billed them for hours wasted it would double the payout due. Never Use Them.
