We had a 10 year secured loan. About half way through we had a disaster and missed several payments. This was agreed to be split up into the rest of the loan term. We stick to the arrangement only to be told that we had £2000 in late charges and £2000 in interest at the end of the loan still to pay. At no point had this been made clear and I feel that we are being bullied because of a bad time. All the money has been paid back as agreed in the term agreed. Man at the bottom getting hit hardest as usual. They have no mercy or sympathy. Never again.
