Had no problem with 2 very high claims in 2 years.

We have a very old dog insured with this company. She managed to do 2 cruiciat ligaments in 2years. There was no problem at all about paying out for the vets fees. They even paid the vets direct so we didn't have to pay and then reclaim. Our premium did rise after this but this was to be expected.
