Currently a policy holder and was trying to change my car insurance from one car to another that I was hoping to buy. The car was newer and engine size was lower but I was told it'd cost double my current monthly payments.
Yet, checking confused.com I could get the same insurance for a lot less with the same place... Tesco.
So I rang them for information and they told me over the phone this was due to under writers and to cancel my policy so I could reapply for the better price would cost 85 cancellation.
Absolutely disgusting! Another company who don't look after their current customers!
