Joined a number of years ago, never had any real problems, except I am unable to change my mobile number online. This creates a problem for me as I'm disabled and leave my home infrequently, even when you phone they tell you it has to be done in branch which is annoying.
The only other gripe I have is when my sister tried to pay in £15 she owed me, she was told she couldn't without my card because we could be committing offence of Money Laundering.....ridiculous £15k I understand £15 I don't,.
