I have had no heating or hot water for 9nights now, thanks to blunders by Lloyds staff. Wrong parts for boiler ordered, waiting for authorization, etc , now into 9th night without heating. I am 68yrsold, and on medication , this is not being easy for me. Situation is ongoing.
