I had to fone customer service even though I knew my password was correct, they sorted it, I topped up, 0ver 700 quid tried to log back in only to be told new password is wrong....err no it isn't,
Off to sainsbury tomorrow want my balance in euros, will take my chance carrying them n put in hotel safe, then chuck this useless card in bin.....thanks for nothing sainsbury if I could give 0 stars I would
