bunch of cowboys, they gladly take your money for valuation etc, make initial offer then decline mortgage and cant give a valid reason , valuer should have been told lease extension upon completion which was agreed between broker and vida, seems like he wasnt hence he said couldnt value property...have asked in writing why offer was declined and asked for valuers reason but they decline to comment, will try and take this to ombudsman and tv watchdog to try and get my hard earned 500 pounds back, i'm not a legal expert but am going to try and take this as far as poss, daylight robbery ...
