Me and my partner had a joint account together for bills. They locked it out without notice and barred all payments. They asked very invasive questions about who else we banked with. (None of there business) before unlocking the account. Tired to ask why they asked these questions and they said it was for security but it was marketing questions which they would not know the answer to. Very unhappy customer.

Used for a few years now and have made getting an ISA from Weeks of paperwork to a simple process. I have recommend to many people and they have found it very easy as well.
