Very poor service.

Sainsbury’s make a mistake processing my online application. After taking payment for another months insurance they then decided to cancel my car insurance two days later!! Emails were sent but went into junk folder so I was not aware and was driving around with no insurance!! Shocking customer service, refunded half of the money I was due to be refunded. Would not use this company again!!! Reviewed on: 18th December 2019
