It was easy to set up a savings account with RCI and their online support is very good. Despite the recent changes in saver rates, they still offer a very competitive product and for this reason, I have been saving with them for almost 2 years. It is easy to access and transfer my savings and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The customer service at First Direct is excellent. You can always get through to someone on the telephone within seconds and the support team are always knowledgable and able to deal with queries effectively and quickly. Online support is also exemplary with queries responded to quickly and the FAQ section of the website is very detailed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending First Direct.
