Easy to apply and to keep track of the balance via online banking. When I came towards the end of my loan term and wanted to pay it off early there was some confusion between departments around the final settlement amount which meant I had to call them on several occassions for them to rectify the issue but it was promptly solved and I was refunded the cost of my calls. I would use them again desite this and overall service is good.

Easy to apply and quick to be accepted and for the loan to be paid. Customer services are always efficient and able to answer queries.
