Acceptable service and satisfactory range of products

Generally their overall customer service has been acceptable, over the last 10-15 years they have definitely been superseded with the introduction of innovative banks like First Direct and Metro Bank. They need to improve their telephone service and phone app, and certainly their ethical and moral stance in what they invest in. Reviewed on: 7th May 2017

A bank who genuinely cares about the standard of customer service they provide, customer's needs and treating customers as equals.
