We are just trying to open a new account in order to have a better service and I made a mistake to call Santander, I was treated with regardless just as a number "one more" it is quite frustrating to think that a bank as Santander actually treats people/prospective new business with this negligence.
I honestly would never refer any business to open an account with Santander.
