Useless customer services

Conflicting information each time you contact them. I was assured 3 weeks ago that once I received the information pack and the pension statement of just over £200 I could phone them and they would do a credit reference check and send me the money. Did that today, not the case, they would send me yet another form. I would then have to take my passport to the post office get a copy endorsed and send it back to them. Would it have been so difficult to have sent all the necessary paperwork together. Reviewed on: 10th January 2020
