I would have rated them lower if I could. I tried to update the reg. plate on my vehicle (no other changes) via the online site and I was direct to call the customer service team. I was then told this change would be £69 (despite having done this change previously on other cars with other companies on the phone and on the website for free). On querying the excessive fee I was then told this could be done for £40, I paid the £40 for £50 to be taken from my account! In querying this the company stated the fee is £50 and have checked the recording (which makes it may word against theirs as they are unable to release the recording). Avoiding at all costs, much better paying the extra insurance premium for a trustworthy company who care about their clients.
