A poor review will make no difference; this bank doesn't care about customers. Bring on the neobanks and people will vote with their feet.

Having been a customer of high street bank for years, i would never go back. I used to be charged opaquely for a poor service; The Starling service is slick and efficient and if i need to speak to someone, i'm treated like a fellow human, rather than an inconvenicence.
