I have been with Santander 123 current account 3 years now I think it is one of the best bank accounts on the high street it you get paid 1% from April Upton £20,000 in your current account and you get 1% back on water and council tax up to £5 and 2% on gas and electricity up to £5 and mobile phones network and broadband TV packages up to £5 cash back on all 3 so that's £15 you could get back and money on you current account as well you pay you pay £5 a month that's fine with me some months I get £21.39 the highs I have got back on cashback was £29.79 and you can get cashback on special offers on the account on shopping you need to activated Upto 15% on lots on shops so that's a lot of money they have never let me know and I love this as you get a lot of cashbacks from Santander Reviewed on: 18th March 2020

OMG what can I say about monese bank accounts I dont know what I would have done in the past or in the future know with out monese bank I have my account to use in the UK and one for EU so I can buy my euros and it's top rates here and I can use it in the EU for free and I know how much I all ways have and I use my uk account for everyday use and the best thing as well I can see how much BA points I have and have my PayPal linking to my accounts that a big win for me love this bank so much Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

I was with NatWest for a long time I join them when I was 16 years old and I was with the bank for 10 years like any bank you have your up and downs I had a very good Credit score with the bank it was 9 out of 10 I got Credit card easy and loans and overdraft as well I had ppi when I lost my job due to injury I could not work they bank did not help me out and I got my self in to Debt and my Credit score got damage it took the bank 8 months before they helped me out they need to put the Customers first and not profits that’s why the bank all most want bankrupt Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

I have been with them 2018 I got this account because I loved the idea that you don’t pay anything to use your bank card abroad at all but you only get £200 a month to withdrawal and if you pass it you pay a fee that’s fine with me as I never get cash out any ways but when I’m abroad sometimes I have to get cash out €200 for me is more then enough I all ways make sure I go where I can use my bank card it’s better for me and the customer service is outstanding standing I have not had any problems or issues at all with them so I can’t say anything bad about the bank Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

I have been with the bank from 2017 and I never have any problems at all and the customer service is outstanding when I call them up they try and sort thing on the spot before they let you go and they make sure that the customers are all ways happy Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Poor Banking

This is the worst bank in the uk I open a account on the 16-01-2020 then on the 19-01-2020 I get a email saying my bank accounts has been put on hold with out a reason they asked me to upload my ID through the link sent by ba.Direct I have been doing this from 19-01-2020 till 24-01-2020 then the retail sales team called me up to find if I have loaded my ID on the link I said yes they said ok we still don’t have it can you reply to the email from ba.direct and send my ID that way and I did then I get a email that I can’t send my ID that way and it will not be load to my account and I have to use the link if the staff members had a Half a brain they would let the department know what’s going on but it looks like they are to lazy to do this Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
