Had insurance through these for home. Next door had a leak, damage to our property, cost us in excess etc and future insurance costs, complimentary legal insurance was a waste of time as wouldn’t help as the amount wasn’t in their interests. Out of pocket and none of it our fault. Otherwise ok- but slow and confusing advice given.

Took a year to sort a non fault claim, didn't feel like they were on my side and I was backed into s corner having to stay another year because it took them so long and an accident was showing on my file, saved myself nearly 200 pound a year by switching too, good riddance!
