In under a year there’s been a revolution in current accounts. And with Starling Bank, I’m part of it. The app, the customer service experience + the all important user forum. And that’s all before the upcoming features in 2018. Buckle up !

Got my card and completed the banking switch. All done with no drama and very speedily. When needed the comms have been good.
Need to take a leaf from Monzo and set up a community discussion area to generate buzz.
Early days for the app. Because the focus has so far been on getting current accounts out there, the app isn't feature rich. Wait and see.....
