We had a rough time with our cat going in and out of the vets, you hope with insurance that you never actually need it, but when it did come to claiming it was easy and the breakdown of payments was very handy in helping to identify how much of the limit had been used.

Opened two accounts for me when applied just the once

I applied to open an account which then timed out, it asked me to reapply, however when i did they set up two accounts for me!
This is now showing on my credit score which is frustrating as this cannot be amended.

I was introduced to Monzo by a friend and I can't thank her enough for it.
Monzo has brought banking bang upto date and which is as refreshing as it sounds.
It has made such a great difference in allowing me to manage my finances with ease, knowing exactly where my money is going. I could not recommend it enough.
