Hard to find excellent customer services these days, but thank goodness it still exists in the form of Habito. They got good people here who actually listens to what I want and recommends product that benefit me. This is my second time using Habito, I wish I knew about Habito earlier - it is now my first and only choice for mortgage.

I thought it was too good to be true at first, but gave it a try anyways. It’s perfect for first time buyer like myself. Our advisor Deepak is very quick, helpful, and friendly. Whatever we need he will turn around in 5 mins. The online chat is what I like the most as no more stepping out of the office to take phone calls or dealing with lengthy email full of jargons. Our advisor was happy to answer any questions we have. The process is explained to us clearly and best of all, you get all of this for free. I’d use them again if we buy in the future.
