I am pleased I have home insurance cover with Direct Line, my home and buildings are covered plus extras like flood storm damage and legal liability, I pay by direct debit so I don’t need to worry about cover running out, and the company will send an email when it’s time to renew with them again for another year if I want to.

I am very satisfied with Nat West Bank they keep me updated on all changes , I get 3%interest paid on my regular direct debits for utility companies to my account making me a little extra every month, an they are always on hand for any questions you may need answered.

I am rewarded for paying my bills by direct debit at a rate of 2% plus I get extra for using my card when I pay contactless, the rewards add up over the month and when you like you can choose to put your reward money into your bank account or pay it to a chosen charity of your choice, also there are selected shops which are listed for a while that pay a discount if you purchase from them, so all in all I think this is a good offer from the bank.

I found Rias helpful and the house insurance was reasonable, they are a reputable company and are easy to deal with, when I needed to make a claim the lady helped me all of the way, no pressure or difficulties, I have always trusted this insurer for my needs.
