Best price, comprehensive cover, easy to set up my policy. So far no requirement to claim on insurance so less able to feed back on how this might go but no complaints from me, so far so good & long may that continue!

Moneybox have it sussed great products, easy to use app & competitive interest rates. I made the switch with my lifetime ISA after years with a competitor & am glad I did. I would recommend moneybox.

Straight forward insurance that doesn’t cost the earth, easy to set up online, LV information easy to read & understand. Unable to comment as to claims process which thankfully I have not had to use, long may this continue! My policy covers buildings & contents, I was able to adjust excess amounts which in turn impacted premium paid for cover, choice to opt in & out of extras as required too, this impacting total premium which is especially good at present when costs are sky rocketing & moneys tight.

Chase are simple straightforward banking with excellent customer service on hand & great offers for customers who make regular use of their account including cash back on spending, round up with good interest added & easy access savings with competitive interest rates applied. I have recommended chase to several others who have gone on to apply & also benefitted from a positive/ rewarding experience.

I was able to join Kroo without switching my current account, the whole process was straightforward & simple to navigate & with this have scooped a good easy access interest rate for my savings. The app is easy to use & transferring money between accounts is quick. Kroo are a trustworthy & reliable service provider. I would certainly recommend banking with them.

I have had a positive experience using metro banks fixed term savings product which offered a competitive interest rate, helpful and friendly staff and an online banking platform that is user friendly/ easy to navigate. I have been able to withdraw the interest accrued during the time that my savings have been locked away, a handy feature that I haven't experienced with fixed savings products provided by other banks.

Natwest rewards account provides easy online banking as well as in branch services with friendly and helpful staff throughout the pandemic. I get rewards for spending on my credit card and logging into my banking app. The linked savings account means I can earn some interest for saving regularly. A good bank that is trustworthy and reliable as well as giving back to its customers.
