In the period of over 20 years (my entire working life so far) I have used different banks for different products. Savings, Mortgage, Current account etc.
In my opinion, Santander are the best. In terms of keeping the customer happy, constant friendly communication with the customer and also fraud prevention.
Im not going to slate my previous banks , in fact some have been very good, its just for the full customer package Santander have been the best.
