Took nearly a month lots of letters and a few phone calls to even set up online banking, they switched me over before the date agreed so my previous card stopped working when I was at the till before I had a new one to use. Good sign up incentive and staff polite and helpful on the phone but processes not as good as Lloyds in my experience.
