I find their information clear and easy to follow. The accounts are fully transparent in terms of what the bank does with it's cash. I find their help very useful. You speak to a person if you ring and they call you back

Triodos has good customer service. When you call you actually get to speak to someone and they are very helpful. Products offer a decent return with clear terms. The app is good. The ethos of the bank is excellent and seems to be reflected in everything they do

With the Triodos stocks and shares ISA you know exactly what you are buying into as they publish every company they invest in. The product itself is easy to manage and the service if you ring them is very good

What I like about Triodos products is the complete transparency about who they invest in and what their investment criteria is. Also, if I have a query I get to speak to a real human being.
