Used to be a good bank, but then it reduced its 123 account from 3% to 1.5%, and it's going to reduce the rate again later this year to 1%. The fact that Santander must pay Ant & Dec millions to advertise for them irritates me even more. Ditch Ant & Dec - they don't make anyone want to be with a bank - the opposite in fact - very annoying! All the majority of customers are bothered about are interest rates and benefits, not pointless celebrities acting stupid in adverts!!!
